The State Election Commission (SEC) held a draw today to determine the ordinal numbers on the ballot for the repeat local elections to be held on January 11 in the Municipality of Gostivar.
According to the draw, the VLEN coalition candidate, Nevzat Bejta, will compete at number 1 on the ballot, while the National Alliance for Integration (AKI) candidate, Valbon Limani, will be ranked at number 3.
"Today I was chosen as the number 3 candidate in the race for Mayor! Well, as they say: The third is the truth. Vote for number 3 and let's all build Gostivar together!", writes Limani.
"Number 1 for Us. Today, the draw was held at the SEC for the ordinal numbers on the voting lists for the January 11 elections. We got number 1. Not by chance. Because number 1 is hope, it is faith, it is victory. Number 1 for all those who never gave up on Gostivar. Number 1 for those who believe that our city deserves more, better and fairer. With your support and with a pure heart, January 11 will be the day when Gostivar celebrates. Yours," writes Nevzat Bejta.
The January 11 elections take place after the decision to repeat the electoral process in Gostivar, while the campaign is expected to continue according to the deadlines set by the SEC.
