Ukrainian President Zelensky has sent a message to European leaders demanding that frozen Russian funds be used to help his country.
Zelensky has said that if an agreement is not reached to finance the war in Ukraine, Kiev will face a serious problem.
If a position is not taken on this issue, Zelensky has said that the problem will become more serious.
At the same time, Zelensky announced that new talks between Ukraine and the United States will be held tomorrow and Saturday in the United States, as part of negotiations to end Russia's war.
"On Friday and Saturday, our team will be in the United States, it is already on its way to the United States, and the Americans are waiting for them. I don't know who else may be present - maybe there will be Europeans," the Ukrainian president further said.
