WhatsApp made the new update to the app to add even more privacy to the chats. Just like Snapchat and Instagram, there is now the "View Once" option that allows you to send a photo or video and by activating this option, the recipient can only see the sent message once. The message then self-destructs after being opened.
This option is different from "Disappearing Messages" where messages self-destruct after seven days, as this is a sufficient time span for "Screenshot".
How to use the new option? First, update the app. Go to the chat where you want to send your photo or video, click the number "1" in the white bar that appears below the photo and send it. Thats it!
If the new option doesn't appear, just wait a few days as WhatsApp is working to make it available worldwide within this week.tvklan.al
