The Ferizaj Prosecutor's Office requests a prison sentence for Dardan Krivaqa, the author of the murder of 18-year-old Marigona Osmani.
According to the Prosecution, Dardan Krivaqa has exercised mental and physical violence against his partner, leading to serious murder.
Currently, he is under 48-hour detention, but the Prosecutor's Office requests his arrest in prison until the Court delivers the sentence.
Krivaqa together with another person left the 18-year-old dead at the door of the hospital while leaving, as he was arrested two days later in a village in Ferizaj.
