Shocking details come to light regarding the murder of Marigona Osmani.
Advisor to the Minister of Justice, Nazlie Balaj, claimed that the girl had died 24 hours before she was taken to the hospital. In a statement for ATV, Balaj said that this was the conclusion of the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
"According to the information we have as the Minister of Justice, which also includes the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Marigona's case is a case of polytrauma where, according to the information, violence was used for two consecutive days and that the deceased died 24 hours before to be sent by the two suspects to the Ferizaj hospital", said Balaj in her statement.
The young girl was raped to death by her husband, Dardan Krivaqa, who is now behind bars.
