For four days, 100 citizens in Kosovo have lost their lives from COVID-19. 20 cases of death were recorded on Monday, 26 on Tuesday, 22 on Wednesday and 32 on Thursday. While for these four days, 5 thousand 821 citizens have been infected with COVID-19.
This has caused hospitals to be almost overcrowded with patients, as health institutions have raised the alarm about increasing hospital capacity.
After the alarming situation with infected people, political leaders are demanding that the election campaign for the local elections, which was expected to last 1 month, be shortened to 5 or 10 days at most.
