Kosovo Police have also arrested two suspects related to the criminal offense of aggravated theft, as part of the investigative process to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
According to the announcement on 18.12.2025, police investigators from the Vushtrri Police Station have identified and arrested the second person suspected of the criminal offense of "aggravated theft". Also, during the investigation, the location where the stolen items were located was identified, in which case the stolen meters were seized and another adult person was arrested.
After interviewing and completing the necessary procedures, a case was initiated against the adult suspect for the criminal offense of "purchasing, receiving or concealing items obtained through the commission of a criminal offense." Upon instruction from the competent prosecutor, the suspect was released in a regular procedure.
Meanwhile, the minor suspect, for committing the criminal offense of "aggravated theft", has been sentenced to 48 hours of police detention by a prosecutor's decision.
Police announce that investigations into this case are ongoing.
