One of my favorite home decorating processes is detailing. It's the little touches that often make the difference and can make you feel like you're living in a new home.
This rather interesting process has its own little tricks that make everything much easier and more satisfying for you. In this article from AgroWeb.org we will list some of them and each plant for every environment of your home.
For the corridor and the bathroom
In general, corridors or narrow and long surfaces do not have much lighting.
This is because of their position in the house, especially if it is about apartments. This automatically makes surfaces unsuitable for growing flowers, but this is not always true. It is enough to choose the right flowers and your corridor will bloom throughout the year. The first alternative is the flower bromeliads, sword flower and calatheas, a type of ficus. These flowers do not need a lot of light and water, so you can place them in the corridor space in your home.
Another environment where light is scarce is the bathroom, which although you may not be used to decorating with flowers, you can start doing it now. This space of the home deserves to be as welcoming as any other, so turn to flowers. So we suggest you put orchids or a type of lily called anthuriums. Another very comfortable solution is the use of artificial flowers.
Especially if the environment you are going to decorate has a pronounced lack of light and the flowers have a tendency to dry up.
kitchen
In the kitchen, where the center of the house is located, you can grow all kinds of flowers. But we will suggest you to grow herbs which you can also use for cooking. Fresh spices such as basil, parsley, mint, mint, rosemary or spring onion are added here. To be in the best condition, it is important that these plants get as much light as possible. So place them by your kitchen window.
The living room
These rooms are also filled with light and large windows.
One of the ideal environments for flowers and decor. Fill your home with color by keeping these different flowers like gerberas, roses, lilies or other colorful ones.
The balcony
If you have a small terrace or balcony, be sure to fill it with different flower pots. This space is usually more natural and suitable for flowers as it provides all the environment they need to grow.
However, you should consider choosing flowers that can withstand the sun and rain depending on where you live. Thus, for outdoor environments, hydrangeas, lavender, daffodils or begonias are recommended. However, consider also evaluating the atmospheric conditions of the country where you live before planting the flowers outside./AgroWeb.org
