The Special Court dismisses the lawsuit for defamation made by Lulzim Basha against the mayor Erion Veliaj.
Journalist Klodiana Lala reported for "BalkanWeb" that the black squads dismissed the case as neither the former leader of the DP Lulzim Basha nor his lawyers appeared.
Basha had sued Veliaj for "false statements" that, according to the former head of the PD, the mayor of Tirana made about the property, the house and the residences.
