A 5.7 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in the Kamchatka region of Russia.
The Kamchatka branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences published this information on its Telegram channel.
The seismic activity occurred 300 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 80.4 km.
There are no reports of damage or casualties.
