Prime Minister Edi Rama has responded to one of the comments on his Facebook post about the services on the e-Albania platform, which now also has a virtual assistant, who will be named "Diella".
A citizen writes in the comments that she waited a month and a half to receive a certificate in e-Albania.
"e-Albania, wait up to a month and a half to issue a certificate code, I have tried e-Albania's new virtual assistant myself."
Rama responded to this comment, adding that the lady's claim is not true, as he has inquired at the e-Albania office and that the lady has automatically received the certificate.
"Dear Madam, I was impressed by your comment and I inquired with e-Albania. It turns out that you have applied four times for a family certificate and in all four cases you have automatically received the certificate. It does not appear that you have ever applied for any other service in e-Albania", he said.
Rama stated that today over 1200 services are offered in e-Albania, or in other words, about 95% of public services.
"E-Albania is the most meaningful fruit of our anti-corruption revolution because it has avoided 45 million physical contacts between citizens and the administration, it has saved hours, stress, and waiting." emphasized Rama.

Today we have 3.2 million registered entities and citizens who have received services from e-Albania.
E-albania has said 45 million services. 45 million services without the hassle and tips of that era before e-albania. 15.2 million services were received in 2024. Since you complain about the certificate, I am informing you that e-albania has generated 23 million real-time certificates. E-albania is the most meaningful fruit of our anti-corruption revolution because it has avoided 45 million physical contacts between citizens and the administration, it has saved hours, stress, and waiting. Albania is internationally recognized as one of the advanced countries in electronic governance. Until yesterday, services were a nightmare, a pain in the ass, today it has changed.
