Kim Kardashian's latest plans to expand her $60 million Hidden Hills home have sparked a legal battle between her and her neighbors.
The 40-year-old billionaire will build an underground bunker and an underground "wellness center" on her property.
In legal documents obtained by The Blast, neighbors in her community have asked a judge to stop the construction on the grounds that it could cause death due to its proximity to gas lines.
Kim’s massive plans for the property expansion reportedly include: an underground safe, an underground toilet and an underground parking facility.
"Moving forward these two development projects could cause the loss of a life," claimed one neighbor, referring to the 2010 tragedy of the San Bruno gas pipeline explosion in San Bernardino, California.
The blast killed eight people, injured 58 and destroyed 38 homes when the 30-inch high-pressure transmission pipe burst.
