The Ministry of Social Policy announced that the issuance of pensions is continuing regularly and without changes, in accordance with the law in force.
"The procedure opened in the Constitutional Court does not affect the current measures, which remain valid until the court's final decision," the Ministry says.
Pensioners are urged not to fall prey to misinformation, while any legal changes will be communicated in a timely and transparent manner, as, as they conclude, the stability of the pension system remains the Ministry's top priority.
