The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo announces that the weather will be cloudy and sunny today.
According to an announcement, it is announced that minimum temperatures will be from -1 to 1 degrees Celsius, while maximums will be from 9-12 degrees Celsius.
"Cloudy weather with sunny intervals. Minimum temperatures: -1 to 1 °C. Maximum temperatures: 9-12 °C," the announcement says.
It is further announced that the wind will mainly blow from the southwest at a speed of 1-6m/s. /Telegraph/
