The British vaccination minister warned that the country could face a second quarantine in October if there is an increase in Covid cases.
Minister Nadhim Zahawi said there is a possibility of a partial quarantine during the Autumn to keep the virus under control.
He was positive about the impact of the additional dose campaigns, which are expected to help the country avoid a complete shutdown.
The program of additional doses is a priority of the Government for the whole year, due to the spread of new variants of the virus.
Among other things, he emphasized the importance of economic stability without returning to the new products of pharmaceutical companies.
The government is planning a temporary quarantine in case there is an overload in hospitals and an increase in cases.
It will also be decided if schools will be postponed for a week in October, not forgetting protective measures such as masks in the classroom and distancing, meanwhile travel measures will be reviewed but there is no possibility of a total quarantine. /tvklan.al
