Some of the health problems that are more sensitive during the heat require extra care. Nutritionist Diola Dosti, invited to "Vila24" moderated by Androniki Kolka, has given her suggestions to cope with the high temperatures in a healthy way, but also to enjoy the summer holidays peacefully.

Dosti stopped at people suffering from high blood pressure, advising the food with seafood and celery juice that the nutritionist often recommends for its values. She also draws attention to the prohibition of the use of animal fats, salt and oregano, avoiding sweets and enriching the daily menu with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Focusing on patients with diabetes, Dosti says that they should avoid three of the "enemies" of their health: dough, meat and sugar, and evaluates raw okra, the juice obtained from them or even onion as useful. When asked about people suffering from thyroid disorders, she, in addition to the well-known advice on the careful use of salt or other products, stops at seaweed or Brazil nuts, but without exaggerating the amount. As for maintaining diets during vacations, Dosta emphasizes that he is not very much in favor of diets, but teaches the fact that healthy food regimes and the construction of such a culture to have a satisfactory body weight.
