The CEC made a decision to certify the voter list for the early elections for the Assembly of Kosovo on December 28, 2025.
According to data from this list, the number of Kosovo citizens with the right to vote in this electoral process is 2 million 76 thousand 290 voters.
The number of citizens with the right to vote at polling stations in Kosovo is 1 million 999 thousand 205, while the number of citizens who are registered to vote outside Kosovo is 77 thousand 85 voters.
This list contains 7,192 more voters than in the local elections on October 12, 2025.
The electoral process within the country will take place in 948 Voting Centers, with a total of 2.614 polling stations, of which 910 centers with 2.557 polling stations for regular voting and 38 centers, one for each municipality, with 57 polling stations to enable conditional voting.
