The citizens of Kosovo will once again head to the ballot boxes on December 28 to elect their representatives to the Assembly.
The Central Election Commission, through a video published on Facebook, has shown how to correctly fill out the ballot, how the voting process takes place, and even how to cast the ballot in the ballot box.
