The increase in the number of cases with COVID-19, but also the increase in the number of victims, has led the Ministry of Health to consider the adoption of stricter anti-CVOD measures.
As part of the new measures that are expected to last from September 1 to September 13, the return of the curfew is foreseen.
the news was announced by the Chamber of Hospitality and Tourism, which today held a meeting with the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, Telegrafi reports.
According to the Chamber of Hospitality and Tourism, these are some of the measures that will be taken:
• Working hours will be reduced by one hour from 22:30 to 21:30;
• Gastronomy will function only with external spaces, and only 70% of the space;
• Gastronomy will not work at all in shopping malls;
• Wedding halls, nightclubs, cinemas and others will continue to be completely closed;
• Indoor seminars and conferences can only be held for up to 30 people;
• The curfew will be from 22:00 to 5:00 in the morning.
"Due to the large number of cases of people infected with Covid-19, we ask you to respect these and other measures that are expected to come into force soon", says the announcement of the Chamber of Hospitality and Tourism.
On August 12, the Government of Kosovo approved the decision on the new restrictive measures against COVID-19, which entered into force on August 20.
Otherwise, in recent days in our country there has been an alarming increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19. Meanwhile, 18 victims from the coronavirus were also registered today.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 2.295 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed, based on 12.406 samples tested in public and private laboratories.
