Windsor Castle was transformed into a concert venue on Sunday 7 May as some of the biggest names in music performed to celebrate the coronation of Britain's King Charles III. Among the performers were music stars such as: Lionel Richie, Katy Perry Andrea Bocelli, pop group Take That and pianist Lang Lang. Hollywood actor Tom Cruise and Winnie the Pooh were also part of the grand spectacle.
King Charles III, Queen Camilla and other members of the Royal Family joined the audience of 20 and special guests for the "Coronation Concert". King Charles appeared waving a small Union Jack flag. The celebrations also included an event such as the Illumination of the Nation, with projections and laser shows illuminating monuments and areas of natural beauty across the country.
