
Juventus scored a 2-1 home victory over Roma in the 17th week of the Italian football elite.

In the second half, Juventus doubled their lead in the 70th minute. Weston McKennie provided a precise pass to Lois Openda, who took advantage of the goalkeeper's exit and sent the ball into the empty net for 2-0.
Roma responded and managed to get back into the game in the 76th minute. After a ball was deflected into the box, Tommaso Baldanzi found himself in the right place and scored from close range, narrowing the score to 2-1.
Juventus came close to a third goal in the 80th minute, when Kenan Yildiz hit the right post after a powerful shot from inside the area, denying the Bianconeri the final closure of the match.
