When it comes to our lives and whether we are happy or not, we often judge others for our unhappiness, find reasons for failure, and complain to friends that we are unlucky.
If we looked at it from a different angle and reviewed ourselves and our expectations, maybe something would change.
Here are some basic principles, moral and practical, that will help and guide the way to happiness:
1. Stop comparing yourself to other people
Focus on yourself and your personality. Check yourself. You strive for your goals, getting to know yourself and who you want to be. That way you gain confidence.
As long as you live in the shadow of other people, in other people's styles of clothing, behavior, thinking, your personality will not be able to express itself and show the best.
2. Hang out
Even if you are an introvert, make yourself socialize with other people and participate in social life. This is important to you, your sense of belonging and identification with others. Give yourself and others a chance and keep connecting and communicating for your own good.
3. Make healthy decisions
Never look at the environment pessimistically and try to remove negative thoughts from your head. Focus on living a healthy life, both mentally and physically, this will help you think positively and see the world with brighter eyes.
4. Do something different
Don't waste your time thinking and thinking about which job or hobby is ideal for you. Start with anything and try to find the meaning, maybe that's what makes you happy.
5. Find your shelter
Everyone needs peace and a place where they can be completely themselves, relaxed and understood. Whether it's family, home, neighbors, friends or religion, you need refuge and escape from everyday life.
That way, you will accumulate energy and save nerves for all those little things that steal time in your day and make you not feel relaxed and good.
6. Look more into the future, ignore the past
Live in reality, the present and build the future, avoid focusing on what was and make decisions and think accordingly.
Of course, the experience of being experienced is one of the integral parts of life and helps to grow and understand everything that happens to us, but do not let it paralyze you as a person and prevent you from further progress.
7. Create
Be creative, try your hand at writing, drawing, fashion or something else, but in no way suppress your imagination and desire to realize something that fulfills you. Therefore, try it!
8. Forgive
Forgive those who have hurt you. As long as it remains in the past and still affects you today, it means that you have not forgiven and it will follow you like a shadow. not
allow yourself not to have your peace because of someone else's mistake. Take it as another flaw of that person and forgive so you don't get overwhelmed by it.
9. Take care of others
Suppress your narcissism and put yourself in someone else's shoes. Think and care about others, as it has nothing to do with destroying your self-confidence, but in that way you build yourself as a mature and sensitive person who is ready to understand and help others.
10. Stop driving from trouble
Do not bury problems and do not push them under the carpet, sometimes they will catch up with you and the more time passes, the more difficult it will be for you to solve them and the pressure on your personality will always be and bigger. Fight the problems for a better and more beautiful tomorrow.
In the end, it all comes down to reasonable, healthy thinking, feeling for others, and building one's personality and self-belief on relevant facts and
sound principles.
Try to follow these rules, be persistent and we are sure you will be happier.
