The company "Oculus", a subsidiary of Facebook, known for its production of VR devices is addressing a problem related to the filling of the sponge located in "Quest 2" after users showed problems with skin redness.
Despite Oculus stating that only a small percentage of users have this concern, it is giving away a free silicone coating for protection.
Facebook announced that it is stopping sales of "Quest 2" and from August 24 all devices will have the silicon coating inside them, as well as double the internal space, for the same price.
The skin irritation problem is known to users of VR devices, and Facebook has previously run a replacement program for those affected. But this kind of voluntary awareness, where the company itself is contacting the customers of "Oculus", has become global.tvklan.al
