EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas called for stronger cooperation with Southern Mediterranean partners, warning that Russia's war in Ukraine is "an existential threat."
Kallas also said that the geopolitical weight of the Mediterranean is "becoming clearer," noting that Europe faces "shocking changes."
She emphasized that despite the many global conflicts, "the answer is very simple."
"Russia's war in Ukraine is an existential threat. If Russian President Vladimir Putin is not stopped, he will not be stopped," she further said.
