This is the moment when a young girl, described as "Baghdad's beauty", was brutally stabbed to death by three men.
Nurzan Al-Shammari was returning from work on foot when he was attacked by the aggressors. The footage of the attack has made the rounds on social media and is really serious. Many activists have started protests across the country and condemned the macabre act.
The young girl had refused to marry her cousin, even though her family had asked her to marry.
Local media hint that the new ëwas killed by his family members, after rejecting their request.
It is known that she was married again when she was 13 years old.
Even then she did not want to get married, but her parents' will was contrary and the ceremony took place.
