KRU "Gjakova" informs consumers that, as part of the works being carried out according to the project on the Transit road for the improvement and expansion of the water supply network, there will be a temporary interruption of water supply.
After the installation of most of the connecting parts, the works have entered the phase where it is necessary to install two fittings for the connection and branching of the Ø 800 mm pipe, in the direction of Gjakova 2 and the branch for the city center.
This intervention requires a total stoppage of water flow in this segment of the network, in order to carry out the works in a safe and controlled manner.
The water supply interruption is scheduled for December 18, 2025, between 09:00 and 12:00.
As a result, the area of Tranzite Street, the city center, Blloku i Ri, Oriza, Brekoci, Moglica and Firza will remain without water supply.
