An Albanian citizen with the initials KM has been arrested in Serbia, on behalf of Albanian justice, after he severely raped his pregnant cohabitant in January 2025.
"Following the cooperation between Interpol Tirana specialists and Interpol Belgrade specialists, the Albanian citizen, KM, 24 years old, was provisionally arrested in Serbia, following the operation "The Wanted", the police said.
KM was declared an international wanted person, after in March 2025, the Dibra Court assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".
The 24-year-old is accused of severely raping his pregnant cohabitant in January 2025. "Cooperation between police structures continues, with the aim of extraditing the 24-year-old to Albania," the police added. /Telegraph/
