The Basic Court in Ferizaj has approved the request of the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Ferizaj, for the appointment of the measure of detention against Dardan Krivaqa, due to the suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense of serious murder.
According to the announcement, after holding the hearing and analyzing the documents of the case, the pre-trial judge of the Department for Serious Crimes - Ibrahim Idrizi, assessed that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant on August 22, 2021, in Ferizaj, in his apartment, intentionally and in a cruel way for low motives, the night before, he first exercised psychological violence, then also physical violence, which continued on the critical day, until the deceased 18-year-old Marigona Osmani passed away.
According to the Court, "there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant on August 22, 2021, in Ferizaj, in his apartment, intentionally and cruelly for weak motives, the night before, first exercised psychological violence, then also violence physical, which continued even on the critical day, until the deceased passed away".
Meanwhile, the other defendant, Arbër Sejdiu, was present at the scene all the time, and he participated in the exercise of physical and mental violence.
"With this, he directly contributed to the commission of the criminal offense, namely the death of the deceased, and then the same is sent and left in the general hospital in Ferizaj, without signs of life, while the two defendants run away in the direction of unknown", the judge declared, the media in Kosovo reported.
