The European Union has released 181 million euros of additional funds under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for Kosovo, reaffirming its role as the strongest partner and largest provider of financial assistance to the country.
Also, according to the European Union's Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, a total of 882 million euros have been dedicated to Kosovo, funds aimed at promoting economic development, reforms and approximation to European standards.
These additional financial resources come as a continuation of the EU's strong support for Kosovo, adding to the over 3.7 billion euros that the European Union has invested in Kosovo since 1999.
The European Union continues to remain Kosovo's main strategic partner, supporting economic development, strengthening institutions and the country's European integration process. /Telegrafi/
