The company Apple has stated that it will not withdraw from the initiative for the photo technology of all its users in an effort to protect children from sexual abuse.

But this initiative of the technology giant has been opposed by customers as well as by activists and associations for the protection of privacy.

According to According to Apple's plan, every photo will now be scanned and then stored in iCloud, as it may contain material used for child abuse.

But for critics, this is a violation of privacy and many people could be spied on. More than 5,000 people and organizations have signed an open letter against the technology.

On the other hand, many activists have argued that authoritarian governments can use the technology to strengthen anti-LGBT regimes, or to crack down on political dissidents in countries where protests are considered illegal.

But Apple said it "will not accept any government's request to expand" the system. The company has clarified that in the past there have been requests from different governments, but it has refused them and will not surrender this time either.tvklan.al
