Fear of terrorist attacks
The risk of terrorist attacks at the Kabul airport returns. The American Embassy in Kabul has issued a call to American citizens and warned them not to go to the airport.
"Don't go to the airport. Citizens who are already at some of these entrances should leave them immediately because there are "security threats", says the statement of the US embassy.
A similar warning came from the embassy in the last few days, before the kamikaze attacks that took place outside the airport where about 170 people lost their lives, including 14 American soldiers.
