Infectologist Hamdi Ramadani has said that the Delta variant of COVID-19 is very dangerous and is affecting all ages without exception.
According to him, the most affected age is the age of 20-29 years, which despite strong health is causing numerous health problems.
"The situation is not good at all. In recent days, an enormous number of citizens have been infected with the COVID DELTA-19 virus. Unfortunately, there is also a large number of citizens who are not respecting the anti-COVID measures. And the worst thing is that we have a large number of citizens with health complications after the Delta variant has shown itself to be too aggressive and resistant, which is causing severe respiratory damage, and as you know, in the last 24 hours alone, we have 18 victims. "Delta is attacking every age group, but mostly those from 20-29, who are unable to resist this virus", he said in "Debat Plus".
The infectologist says that this is happening because these ages are moving the most.
We remind you that only during the last 24 hours, 18 cases of death have been recorded, while 2.295 citizens have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
